Amjad Madhat Al khalili, from Nablus, is currently working in Palestine Technical University as lecturer. He has strong experience in management of World Bank Projects for Tertiary Education. For 4 years, Amjad worked  as a consultant with World Bank / Quality improvement Fund to assist Ministry of Education and higher education to implement QIF. Amjad evaluated more than 60 projects for different Palestinian tertiary education institutions . He participated in organization of more than 6 workshops for World Bank QIF. and participated in many workshops and conferences in Malaysia and Palestine. Moreover, He analyzed many studies and reports for the World Bank. In the industrial field, Amjad worked as a consultant with different companies to build, design and implement the ISO 9000 Quality Assureance system and Total Quality Management. He has strong experience and skills in writing projects proposals to be submitted to Donors. I have skills in formulation of terms of reference for different consultants,

Amjad has Master degree in Quality Management/Industrial Engineering, graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia /Penang/Malaysia. The university which was ranked as 111 of top 200 universities in the World (according to higher time, 2004). My first degree was in the industrial Engineering and management. I have different publications and contributions to Quality management.
